EDD Best Practices- This document is geared toward law firms, corporations and government agencies. To those firms just entering the EDD fray or wanting more education on it this document could be a life saver. It will also incorporate some topics from our EDD seminars. Topics will include: Understanding the FCRP and how they relate to the lifecycle, having a better understanding of ESI and computer forensics, sample case to use as practice for a mock meet and confer with your vendors, how to choose a vendor and what to look for, should you do any processing in-house?, if so what guidelines should you follow, software programs and picking an online review tool....and much much more. A similar document will be released for service providers at the end of the year.

Randall Consulting and Training Services was founded by John Randall. He has over 11 years of experience working in litigation support. With 5 of those years working for service providers all over the country. Because of this he has a solid understanding of the right way to go about projects. Before starting up this new company the previous year was spent working on the law firm side.
This experience has lead to being able to offer software testing, litigation support training, technical support and planning along with detailed project management to assist clients in the easiest and least expensive way of getting their projects completed and on time. Litigation Support and Electronic Discovery classes will be added next year.
